Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: We do not ship outside the USA and it's territories. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are based on dimensional weight-based. This is due to the size of the items we offer. Meaning the shipping company charges by the size of the box not the weight of the product. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. RETURNS: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect or defective item. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper usually 3 to 7 business days. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it 1 to 3 business days. The time it takes your bank to process our refund usually 3 to 5 business days. In the event you need to return an item, please contact-us either by phone 857-228-8464 or via e-mail david@quiltbatting.com. Please give us your name and order number and details about the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items. Note that there are some restrictions on some products such as custom made products usually cannot be returned.
